Our ISM Code / Service
To adhere to the ISM Code, the company responsible for operating the vessel must first undergo an audit after submitting their Safety Management System Manual (SMS), which must be approved by the Flag Administration or a Recognized Organization (RO). Following the audit, a Document of Compliance (DOC) will be issued, which remains valid for five years. Each company is required to undergo an audit annually, which can occur within three months before or after the anniversary date and prior to the expiration of the DOC. Once the DOC is granted to the company or managing company, each vessel can then be audited to ensure compliance with the ISM Code. Each vessel will receive a Safety Management Certificate (SMC), also valid for five years, with compliance verification required between the second and third years of the certificate's validity.

- A procedures manual detailing operations on board the vessel, both during routine activities and in emergency situations
- Procedures for conducting internal and external audits to confirm adherence to the documented procedures
- We will provide you with A designated person ashore (DPA) to act as a liaison between the ship and shore personnel, ensuring the implementation of the SMS or we can train one of your personnel to become your DPA
- We will set ip A mechanism for identifying discrepancies between actual practices and documented procedures, along with a process for corrective actions
- Regular management reviews will be taken care by us
Additionally, we will make sure that the vessel is being maintained in accordance with relevant rules and regulations, as well as any supplementary requirements established by the company.
Feedback from auditors and the audit body, as well as input from the ship, is integrated into the SMS by the headquarters.
